• Trip plans, saved places, logistics, accommodations, and any travel information you upload or paste into EasyRoad.
• AI prompts, drafts, and generated suggestions you interact with.

To operate the service securely we handle limited technical data such as device and browser information, approximate connection details, session identifiers, error reports, and diagnostic logs.

• Provide, sync, and personalize your trips across your devices.
• Secure your account and prevent abuse.
• Troubleshoot problems and improve reliability.
• Improve EasyRoad features, content coverage, and quality.

EasyRoad relies on third-party infrastructure and external services (for example cloud hosting, authentication, database, AI providers, maps, translation, and booking partners) to deliver features. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms when you follow an external link. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your data while your account and the service need it. Limited copies may be kept for a short period in backups, or longer where required for security or legal reasons.

Subject to applicable law, you can request to access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can also delete trips or your account from within the app.

Travel plans can be sensitive. Please avoid uploading confidential documents, identification numbers, or other information that is not needed to plan your trip.

You may voluntarily send feedback through EasyRoad. Providing a rating, contact permission, or an email address is optional. If you opt in to contact permission, we store the email address you provide so we can follow up about that feedback. Authorized EasyRoad admins can review feedback and limited account and sign-in metadata (such as email, display name, account creation date, email confirmation status, and last sign-in time) to operate, moderate, and improve the beta. We do not log IP addresses or device fingerprints for feedback.

EasyRoad is not intended for children to create accounts independently.

We may update this policy as the beta evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
